Useful Measurements
Dimensions for account profile, event upload, social media and audience marketing & advertising.
Company Profile
Profile Text: A short company/promoter profile or Bio for Creatives, no more than 200 words.
Company Logo (if applicable) : values are; 72dpi Resolution ; least 300x300 pixels in dimensions. Supported file formats: JPG or PNG
Event Upload
Besides your Profile information and logo, the general details of your event and description, your store flyer will need to be:
Store Flyer : 72dpi Resolution with a recommended maximum file size is 1mb, pixels: at least 800x1220 pixels in dimensions. Supported file formats: JPG, PNG or GIF
Event Optismation
The existing event description will be used to set up this service. The dimensions of the flyer will need to be slightly adjusted for the many platforms this will be posted on.
The required flyer dimensions are:
File Size: Our maximum file size is 1mb, recommended file size of approx. 65-80KB Flyer style & Pixels: Medium: 375 pixels x 375 pixels or Large: 650 pixels x 650 pixels. Supported file formats: JPG, PNG or PDF
Social Media Support
In line with social media layout/ formatting, we would request your social media handles and URL (for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and event visuals at:
Flyer style & Pixels: 800X800 or 1080x1080 with are recommended File Size: maximum file size is 1mB. Supported file formats: JPG, PNG or GIF
Church & Charity Social Media Support
Social Media post style & Pixels: 1080x1920 and 1080x1080
File Size: maximum file size is 1mB. Supported file formats: JPG, PNG or GIF

Advertising - Event Release
Social Media post style & Pixels: 884x350 and 600x200 File Size: maximum file size is 1mB.

Advertising - Ticket Store Banner
We recommend images should have a resolution of 72dpi and be at least 1140x400 pixels in dimensions. Images are cropped to these values.
Supported file formats: JPG, PNG or GIF
Advertising - Event Feature
We recommend images should have a resolution of 72dpi and be at least at least 600 pixels wide in dimensions.
Supported file formats: JPG, PNG or GIF
