Do I get an online ticketing account?

Yes, sign up for an Event Organisers Account with Level Tickets and you receive a login invitation from our ticket technology team.

User logins allow you to upload an event, set up ticket tiers, monitor revenue activity and generate attendee listing for door registration. ​​

What do I need to upload my event?

Beside the general details of your event and description, we will need your;

  1. Company profile or Bio for Creatives

  2. Company logo (if applicable)

  3. Store Flyer

  • Company Profile ; A short company/promoter profile bio, no more than 200 words.

  • Company Logo values ; 72dpi Resolution at least 300x300 pixels in dimensions.

  • Store Flyer ; 72dpi Resolution with a recommended maximum file size is 1mB, pixels: at least 800x1220 pixels in dimensions.

  • Supported file formats: JPG, PNG or GIF

What happens when I upload an event?

When you upload your first couple of events, our Ticketing Administrator will review and make necessary updates key to increasing your online searches and driving sales.

To help Patrons can find your event and make an informed choice on ticketing, we may also contact you if your ticket tiers needs to be clarified.

The whole process can be done within an hour.

Like most organisations, Level Tickets has policies, terms & conditions that we expect our Organisers/Promoters to adhere to. We therefore use this event approval system to ensure we are keeping our Event Community and experiences as positive as possible for all parties involved. ​

What options do I have to check-in attendees?

  1. Print your attendees list for manual paper Check-in from your Event Organisers account under the ‘Orders’ tab.

  2. Level Tickets uses Qflow, a leading UK event guest check in solutions company. Trusted by 1000's of global events and ticketing companies.

Can I sell on Level Tickets and another platform?

​Should you choose to sell tickets with Level Tickets and another platform, you will be required to purchase a monthly social media add-on as our promotion will boost your event visablity and accessibilty.
