Why did my card payment fail ?

Level Tickets uses the secure merchant processing company Stripe.com to process payments.​ We suggest that customers reach out to their card-issuing bank for more information regarding failed transactions.

The most common cause of failed payments are connected to card safety features such as, required verification or entering the incorrect post/zip code associated with the card, ​which can result in a failed payment.

How are tickets funds released?

A couple of days before your event closes, bank details will be requested for ticket funds to be transferred.

Our average ticket funds transfer is 3 to 5 working days after the event, with special next payouts on sold out events*
